Program Description

Join us for an intensive week long workshop. Our revised curriculum engages students to learn hands-on screening techniques, fitness assessments, and exercise prescriptions with personal attention from the instructors. With small classes and a high instructor/student ratio you will acquire the knowledge, practice the skills and develop the abilities to become an excellent personal trainer.
